Group Confidence Coaching

Have you got a team of staff that could benefit from building their confidence? Or perhaps there are individuals across the business that suffer from self-doubt?

Group coaching is a way of bringing a coaching conversation to a wider group of people at the same time (maximum of 12). The flow of conversation is driven by the coachees and facilitated by the coach.

The objectives are to:

  • Increase the candidates awareness of what confidence is, why it is important in business and life and how individuals can make a choice to be confident
  • Identify their own strengths and weaknesses within the different aspects of confidence
  • Explore key areas and techniques of confidence building, tailored to individuals self assessments and clients requirements
  • Examples of some of these areas would be:
    • Making a good first impression
    • Confident body language
    • What have I got to be confident about?
    • The other person’s perspective
    • Challenging self-doubt
    • Assertiveness
    • Perfectionism
    • What does confidence look like to me?

Adding in one hour individual coaching sessions after this workshop helps to consolidate the information and ensure candidates commit to using the techniques explored. The plan can then be used as part of the employee’s development objectives.
